Barry Kallander founded KallanderGroup, Inc. in 2003 to help Venture Capital and Private Equity Managers improve performance by taking on the challenging issues of underperforming portfolio companies.

Mr. Kallander is an experienced executive who has held positions as CEO, Chairman, senior vice president and vice president in operations, service delivery, sales, and consulting. During his 25-year career, Mr. Kallander has lead businesses providing management consulting, strategy, software, and hardware solutions to the electric power, financial services, major manufacturing, and high tech industries. He has held executive positions in companies ranging from venture-backed startups to $5B conglomerates.

The KallanderGroup Network includes leading individuals and firms that are used, as needed, to provide legal counsel, litigation support, tax advice, forensic accounting, asset liquidation, and financing.
